I ordered a couple of things and the delivery took way longer than it was supposed to. The tracking basically told me nothing, so I had absolutely no idea where my package was the whole time. When it finally showed up, the items were fine, but I’m 100% not ordering again if I need something by a specific date.

I ordered a couple of things from Sturbridge Yankee, they were okay. Nothing was wrong with the items, and the quality was decent, but the prices felt a little high for what I actually got. Shipping was fine, too, but overall the experience left me feeling a bit less confident about ordering again. I expected a better value, and that kind of made me question whether it’s worth shopping there in the future...

What I got matched the catalog perfectly, so there were no surprises at all. i kind of regret not paying closer attention before ordering because it was exactly what they showed.

I really liked how this looked in the photos, but once it arrived, I was a bit disappointed. It’s not terrible or unusable, but the quality feels cheaper than I expected and I’m not sure it would last very long with regular use. For me, it’s probably a 2-star purchase because it just didn’t feel worth it overall.
